pakseek is a search index. We do not host, store or redistribute files: the resources shown in search results are stored on PikPak and were shared publicly by PikPak users. Even so, we respect the rights of copyright owners and will remove entries from our index when we receive a valid request.

How to send a takedown request

Email [email protected] and include:

• your name and contact details, and who you represent if you are acting for the owner;
• a description of the copyrighted work;
• the exact entries you want removed — the pakseek search URL, the file or folder names, or the PikPak share link;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement that the information in your request is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner;
• your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review each request and remove the matching entries from our index. Requests that are incomplete or that we cannot match to an entry may be delayed while we ask you for more detail.

Removing an entry from pakseek does not delete the file from PikPak. To have the file itself taken down, you also need to contact PikPak, which hosts it.

Counter-notice

If you believe an entry was removed by mistake, write to the same address with the entry concerned, the reason you believe the removal was an error, and your contact details.

Repeat infringement

We may close the accounts of users who repeatedly contribute links to infringing content.
