Terms of Service

1. What pakseek is

pakseek is an online tool for finding and opening resources that other people have shared publicly on PikPak. We keep an index of those shares — file and folder names, sizes and structure. We do not host, store, copy or redistribute the files themselves on our servers. Every file stays on PikPak, under the control of whoever shared it. pakseek is not affiliated with PikPak.

By using pakseek you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Third-party resources — at your own risk

We do not own, create, review or verify the resources that appear in search results. A resource may be mislabeled, fake, incomplete, unavailable, offensive, unlawful where you live, or harmful to your device, including viruses and other malware.

You alone decide whether to open, save, download or use a resource, and you alone are responsible for the consequences, including checking files for malware and complying with the laws that apply to you.

3. Temporary links

When you open a result, we prepare a temporary PikPak link and redirect you to it. These links are short-lived and are removed after a short time; we do not promise that any link or resource will remain available. What you do on PikPak is governed by PikPak’s own terms.

4. Accounts

Searching needs no account. An account with a verified email address is required to save favorites and to contribute links. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use pakseek to break the law or to infringe anyone’s rights;
  • submit links to content you know to be illegal or infringing;
  • scrape the service, overload it, or try to get around rate limits or bot protection;
  • interfere with the service or with other people’s use of it.

We may remove any index entry, decline or remove any contributed link, and suspend or close any account, at our discretion and without notice.

6. Contributed links

When you submit a link, you confirm that it is a public share and that submitting it does not break the law or anyone’s rights. We decide whether and for how long a submitted link is indexed.

7. Copyright

We respect the rights of copyright owners and remove index entries on valid request. See our DMCA page for how to send one.

8. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that search results are accurate, complete, safe or lawful, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pakseek and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or of any resource found through it — including damage caused by malware, fake or mislabeled files, harmful or unlawful content, or loss of data.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
